What you share.

When you request early access, we collect your email address to send HER STANDARD launch and product news. We also record when you signed up and whether you used the homepage or launch form. Signing up does not reserve a product or create a purchase.

How we use it.

We use your email to maintain our signup list, provide the updates you requested, and respond to your questions. A signup notification is sent to our team at contact@herstandardnutrition.com. We do not sell your email address.

Athlete applications.

When you express partnership interest, we collect your name, email, sport or training focus, social handle, partnership preference and optional message. We use these details to review your application and contact you about partnerships. Resend delivers applications to our Google Workspace inbox, where they are retained for organized review. Applying does not subscribe you to marketing emails. Please do not include sensitive health information. Email contact@herstandardnutrition.com to request access, correction or deletion. We retain applications for as long as reasonably needed for partnership review and related correspondence, subject to applicable obligations.

Our service providers.

Resend stores signup contacts and processes email delivery. Vercel hosts this site and processes technical information, including IP addresses and request logs, to deliver and protect it. Our team uses Google Workspace for its inbox. These providers process information needed to operate their services and may process it in the United States or other countries.

Your choices.

You can ask to access, correct or delete your signup information by emailing contact@herstandardnutrition.com. You can unsubscribe through the link in our marketing emails or email us with the subject “Unsubscribe.” We retain contact information while you remain subscribed or as needed to honor unsubscribe requests and applicable obligations.

Founding access price test.

If you use the founding-access page, we assign one proposed price to the 30-serving tub and keep that assignment in a first-party, secure cookie for up to 90 days. If you choose “I’d buy at this price,” we record that action with the price variant and any campaign tags. If you complete the optional free request, we collect your name and email, the price variant, your consent choice, and whether you separately opted into marketing email. The request is nonbinding; it is not an order and does not reserve inventory.

Upstash stores experiment records for up to 180 days. Resend processes the notification to our team. The Meta Pixel is optional and loads only after you allow advertising measurement; it receives browsing, purchase-interest, or lead events without your name or email. If you decline, these advertising events are not sent. You may request access or deletion at contact@herstandardnutrition.com.

Cookies and other pages.

The founding-access page uses a first-party cookie to keep your proposed price consistent for up to 90 days. Optional Meta advertising measurement runs only if you allow it; declining means its browsing and conversion events are not sent. Research links lead to external websites with their own privacy practices. Please do not submit sensitive health information through the signup form. Our launch list is intended for adults.
