Preorder policies
Paid preorder terms
Each preorder is for one tub: HER STANDARD Creatine ($29) or HER STANDARD Creatine + Collagen + Essential Amino Acids ($49). No subscription, stick packs or boxes are included.
Payment is collected in full at checkout. These products are not ready to ship. Expected shipping is January 2027, with January 19, 2027 as the planned dispatch date. This is not a guaranteed delivery date.
FREE standard shipping is included for eligible addresses. Applicable sales tax is calculated separately before payment.
Shipping and delays
FREE standard shipping to the 48 contiguous United States and Washington, DC. Alaska, Hawaii, US territories and military destinations are excluded. Customer shipping charge: $0.
Expected shipping: January 2027. Planned dispatch: January 19, 2027. Shipping means dispatch, not arrival. Delivery timing depends on the carrier and destination.
If the planned date cannot be met, we will notify affected customers before that date, provide a supportable revised date when available, and explain cancellation and refund options. We will obtain consent where required. Where required consent is not obtained, we will cancel and refund unshipped orders.
Cancellations, refunds and returns
You may cancel before dispatch for a full refund to your original payment method. Email contact@herstandardnutrition.com with your order reference to request cancellation.
Unopened products may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Contact us with your order reference before sending a return so we can confirm instructions. You pay return shipping for change-of-mind returns. HER STANDARD covers damaged, defective or incorrect orders. Contact us with the order reference and a description of the issue so we can arrange the appropriate resolution and shipping instructions. Opened products are generally nonreturnable, subject to applicable law.
Refunds are sent to the original payment method. We send confirmation after payment-provider confirmation. Your bank or payment provider determines when the credit appears. These policies do not limit rights provided by applicable law.

Order information and privacy
We use order contact details, delivery information and payment-provider records to process orders, provide support and manage refunds. Stripe hosts payment entry. We retain first-party campaign identifiers to measure this preorder experiment. We do not send checkout or purchase events to Meta for this experiment. See our privacy policy.
