What we collect

Email, selected product preference, limited campaign identifiers. If you separately opt in to SMS, we also collect your mobile number and timestamped consent wording. We do not request health information or payment details at signup.

What joining means

Free signup does not create a paid order, reserve inventory or guarantee availability. Email subscribers may receive founding-access confirmation, brand education, product comparisons and an optional paid-preorder invitation. You can unsubscribe at any time. Optional SMS requires its own unchecked permission box and is not required for signup or purchase.

Attribution and privacy

Campaign attribution remains first party. Do not send email, phone, product preference, checkout details or purchase events to Meta. No Meta Pixel, CAPI, Lead, Purchase or custom event is added by this experiment. Consent records are separate from earlier experiments.

Messaging controls

All sending remains paused. Email verification and unsubscribe links are single-purpose tokens. Use STOP to opt out and HELP for help once an SMS sender is activated. Existing SMS sender registration and inbound STOP/HELP processing must be verified before any SMS goes out.

Retention proposal

Review inactive, unconverted leads after 12 months and remove unnecessary contact data. Retain a minimal suppression and consent audit record where needed. Final retention schedule and provider disclosures require approval before publication.
